My stay at Crystal Rose Lodge had its ups and downs. I appreciated the tranquil atmosphere and the comfortable beds, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The spa treatments were enjoyable, yet the service and guidance were lacking.
I stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was lovely and came with thoughtful gifts. A small fridge would have made it even better for storing our meals and desserts.
While the management team was friendly and helpful, I was disappointed with the lack of guidance and the offhand attitude when I asked questions.
The location felt serene and perfect for a getaway, providing a nice escape from the city.
Unfortunately, the food wasn't up to par. It was mostly carbs reheated in a microwave. I expected healthier options, and the lack of attention to dietary requirements was concerning.
The spa treatments were great, and the indoor pool was a lovely touch, but the ambiance could be improved.

I had a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience at Crystal Rose Lodge. The spa treatments, including massages and a full body exfoliation, were excellent and the food was abundant and delicious. However, the temperature of the jacuzzi could have been better, especially since it was winter.
The room was nice, featuring DSTV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
The atmosphere was tranquil, with calming music and pleasant scents in the air.
The food was excellent with plenty of snacks and meals prepared to satisfy special dietary needs.
The facilities were clean and well-maintained, although the jacuzzi could have been warmer.

My stay at Crystal Rose Lodge was overall good. The warm service from the staff made me feel welcomed, and the serene outdoor environment was beautiful. However, the lack of privacy in the dressing areas was something I wished was addressed.
